I obtained my law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs. During my university studies, I spent one and a half years as a scholarship student at Philipps-Universität Marburg in Germany, studying in German and English and acquiring specialised knowledge in the fields of European and international private law.

After obtaining my degree, I attended the postgraduate European Business Law programme organised by the ELTE Institute of Postgraduate Legal Studies. I gained my professional experience in Italy, in Milan, at a long-established law firm, and at renowned Budapest law firms, primarily in the field of business law.

I have practised as an attorney-at-law since 2017, and since 2020 I have carried out my practice within RPF Legal, which I founded together with my partners. Since June 2020, I have also been the Hungarian cooperating partner of 360 Law Group, an international global network of law firms. 360 Law Group was included in The Times' list of the best law firms in both 2020 and 2021.

I have outstanding professional experience in, among other areas, corporate law, the law of civil organisations, real estate law, contract law, data protection, claims enforcement and related litigation representation. In my work, I have participated in providing legal services in connection with numerous significant domestic and international projects and transactions, including in the real estate, IT and telecommunications, energy, pharmaceutical, sports and aviation sectors.

In connection with my legal practice, I also hold positions as a Data Protection Officer and Compliance Officer. In addition to Hungarian, my working languages are English and German.

• Participation in the enforcement of a debt portfolio exceeding HUF 500 million on behalf of a major international client engaged in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Acting as Data Protection Officer for a public-law professional organisation performing public duties.

• Participation in the preparation of a draft contract for the organisation of the largest international university sports event, in particular the development of areas relating to advertising and media law, with a planned licence fee value of approximately EUR 23 million under the contract.
• Participation in the transfer of the Hungarian part of a real estate portfolio with a total value of EUR 536 million, representing a major international real estate group.
• Participation in planning and developing the legal framework for a nationwide electronic card system, with particular regard to data protection aspects.
