I completed my secondary studies at the Pannonhalma Benedictine High School, where I obtained my school-leaving certificate with an excellent qualification in 2007.
During my university years at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University, my interest turned towards the classic fields of law: civil law and criminal law. I wrote my thesis in the field of criminal procedure law under the title The Truth Content of Judicial Judgments. In 2011, I received an Erasmus scholarship, as a result of which I spent half a year at the Juridicum of the University of Vienna, where I became familiar with the foundations of the Austrian legal system and attended courses in international law. I obtained my law degree in 2013 with a cum laude qualification.
I completed my legal traineeship at the Budapest IX and XI District Prosecutor's Offices, at the Chief Prosecution Office of the Capital, and in the investigating judge and misdemeanour divisions of the Buda Central District Court. I then spent my trainee lawyer years at a renowned law firm in downtown Budapest, where I gained comprehensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, as well as in real estate and company matters.
I passed the Hungarian bar examination in 2017 with an excellent qualification, and in 2020 I launched my own legal practice with my colleagues under the name Répási, Pécsi and Fazekas Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
In addition to enforcing claims under the law of obligations, my practice focuses on divorce proceedings, child custody and other family law matters, as well as the drafting of real estate-related contracts and the provision of legal advice. I also have significant experience in criminal defence and representation of injured parties. Through my practice, I aim to cover the main branches of the classic areas of law in order to help my clients resolve the legal issues that most typically and frequently arise in their lives.
I hold intermediate-level language certificates in English and Latin and an advanced-level language certificate in German. In addition to Hungarian, my primary working language is English.
